Campus Size: The campus is spread over 40 acres on the slopes of the Vilangan Hills. It is a multi-disciplinary network housing the Medical College, Nursing College, Cancer Research Centre, and Ayurveda/Homeopathy hospitals.

• 210 equipped Intensive-Care beds across specialized units (ICU, ICCU, NICU, PICU, etc.).

• 25 modern Operating Theatres (OTs).

• A fully digital radiology department (including CT Scan and Digital X-ray).

• Specialization in Cancer Research and Treatment (Oncology).

Hostel: Separate, secure Hostel facilities for Boys and Girls (Chavara, Matha, Devamatha buildings) are available on campus.

Accommodation: Rooms are generally twin-sharing, though single rooms can be provided upon request. Rooms are well-ventilated and regularly cleaned.

Hostel & Mess Charges (Annual): These are mandatory for residents and charged separately from the tuition fee.

• Annual Hostel Fee (Rent): Approx. ₹65,000/- to ₹70,000/- per year.

• Monthly Mess Fee: Approx. ₹4,000 per month (paid separately every month).

• The mess menu offers non-vegetarian options four times a week

Bond: Students must sign a bond with liquidated damages clause (reported around ₹10,00,000/-) in case of default or mid-course abandonment, as per Kerala norms.

Stipend: PG residents receive a competitive stipend as per state norms.
