• Getting Admitted (MBBS): Admission is strictly and exclusively based on qualifying ranks in NEET-UG.

• State Counselling is Key (Chhattisgarh): Seat allotment is handled entirely through the Chhattisgarh State Centralized Counselling Process conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chhattisgarh.

• 15% All India Quota (AIQ): Seats are filled through the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling, open to students from all over India.

• 3% Central Government Nominee: Seats reserved for central government nominees.

• 82% State Quota: Seats are reserved for students with Chhattisgarh domicile and are filled through the CG DME state counselling.

• Bond: A mandatory 2-year rural service bond with a significant penalty clause (e.g., ₹25 Lakhs) for default applies to MBBS graduates. A similar 2-year bond (penalty ₹40-50 Lakhs) applies to PG graduates.
