Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal, is India's first self-financing (private) medical college and a premier institution for medical education and research. Established in 1953, it is a constituent college of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), an Institution of Eminence and a Deemed-to-be University.
