MMCMSR is situated on a dedicated, integrated campus.

• Location: The campus is located at Sadopur, Ambala, Haryana.

• Campus Vibe: The campus features brand-new, modern academic blocks and excellent facilities, reflecting the standards of a major Deemed University expanding its footprint. It is designed as an integrated hub for academics, hospital services, and residential life.

• Infrastructure & Facilities:

• Academic Blocks: Dedicated modern blocks for the medical college, featuring air-conditioned lecture theatres and advanced teaching facilities.

• Laboratories: Equipped with new, state-of-the-art labs for all pre-clinical and para-clinical departments (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, etc.) built to high NMC standards.

• Library: A large Central Library provides access to extensive medical collections and digital resources.

• Residential Life: Separate hostel facilities are provided on campus for boys and girls (UGs and PGs).

Amenities: The campus includes a canteen, mess facilities, auditoriums, and sports facilities.

Healthcare Hub: MMCMSR Hospital

The college is attached to its own large, newly established teaching hospital.

• Flagship Hospital: The Maharishi Markandeshwar Hospital is the constituent teaching hospital, fully integrated with the medical college.

• Scale & Services: This is a new multi-specialty, tertiary care hospital.

• Capacity: A large hospital with 330+ beds (reports of up to 450 beds capacity are emerging).

• Services: Provides comprehensive healthcare services across all major clinical specialties, featuring 24x7 Emergency, Trauma, and Critical Care (ICUs), modern Operation Theatres, advanced Diagnostic facilities (MRI, CT Scan), and a licensed Blood Bank.

Educational Engine: The MMCMSR Hospital is the core clinical training ground for MBBS students, offering essential, high-volume patient exposure crucial for medical training.

Fee Structure: Premium Deemed University Costs

As a private medical college affiliated with a Deemed University, fees are at the premium end and are regulated by the MCC.

Campus Living: Hostel Facilities

• Accommodation: Separate hostel blocks are available for male and female students. Accommodation is typically mandatory for MBBS students.

• Amenities: Hostels are new, well-maintained, and equipped with basic furnishings. AC and Non-AC room options are typically available.

• Dining: Mess facilities are available for all hostellers.

• Cost: Hostel and mess fees are additional to the tuition fees. Costs are expected to be substantial, often ranging from ₹1,50,000 to ₹2,50,000 per year (all-inclusive), depending on AC/Non-AC and sharing.

Admissions Process: NEET & MCC Counselling

• Getting Admitted (MBBS): Admission is strictly and exclusively based on qualifying rank in NEET-UG.

• MCC Counselling is Key: Seat allotment for 100% of seats (General/Management, and NRI Quota) is handled entirely through the centralized counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), DGHS, Govt. of India. Candidates must register on the MCC portal, select Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), and choose the Sadopur campus option.

Career Pathways & Placements

• Career Path: As a new medical college, the career path is well-defined and linked to the larger MM(DU) network.

• Internship: MBBS graduates will complete a mandatory 1-year rotatory internship at the MMCMSR Hospital, for which they receive a stipend as per college/NMC norms.

• Post-Graduation: Graduates will be eligible to appear for the NEET-PG exam to pursue postgraduate specialization (MD/MS) within the vast MM(DU) system or other institutions.
