Nagaon Medical College & Hospital is a public State Government Medical College located in Nagaon, Assam. It is one of the newest medical colleges in the state, established by the Government of Assam to expand medical education and tertiary healthcare services in Central Assam. The college was officially inaugurated on April 14, 2023, by the Prime Minister.
The college is academically affiliated with Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS), Guwahati, which is the state's governing university for all health science colleges. All degrees (MBBS) are awarded by SSUHS.
