The Vibe: The campus is located in Pitchandampalayam on the Erode–Perundurai Main Road. Erode, often called the "Turmeric City," is a major hub for textiles and agriculture. The college offers a calm, suburban academic environment that is well-separated from the city's industrial noise, providing a focused setting for medical students.

Air: Coimbatore International Airport (CJB) is the nearest major airport, located approximately 75–80 km away (about a 1.5-hour drive).
Rail: Erode Junction (ED) is a major railway hub in South India, situated about 12–15 km from the campus. It is well-connected to Chennai, Bangalore, and Kochi.
