Clinical training is conducted at the CHU de Clermont-Ferrand, which consists of three primary sites:

• Gabriel-Montpied Site: The main hub for adult emergencies, cardiology, neurosurgery, and intensive care.
• Estaing Site: A modern facility dedicated to pediatrics, obstetrics, and various surgical specialties.
• Louise-Michel Site: Specialized in geriatric medicine, rehabilitation, and long-term care.

UCA has decided to postpone the implementation of differentiated fees for most programs until the academic year.
