Hostel: Mandatory residential college. Separate, well-furnished hostels for boys and girls are provided on campus.

Miscellaneous
NRI Seat Quota: No, ACMS does not have any NRI or Management Quota seats. Admission is exclusively for wards of Army personnel through NEET-UG ranks.
Stipend: Interns receive a confirmed stipend of ₹25,000/- per month during their one-year compulsory internship. This was standardized following a Supreme Court directive.
Service Bond: This is a critical update.
(Unlike AFMC): ACMS does not have the 7-year service bond with the Armed Forces.
(New GGSIPU Policy): For batches admitted from the 2025-26 session onwards, a 1-year compulsory service bond with the Govt. of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD) is applicable. The penalty for breaking this bond is ₹15 Lakhs.
