• State Counselling is Key (Karnataka): Seat allotment for all categories (Govt Quota, All India Quota) is handled entirely through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) centralized counselling process.

• 15% All India Quota (AIQ): Seats are filled through the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling, open to students from all over India.
