Admissions Process: NEET & State Counselling (Karnataka)

• Getting Admitted (MBBS/MD/MS): Admission is strictly and exclusively based on qualifying ranks in NEET-UG (for MBBS) or NEET-PG (for MD/MS).

• State Counselling is Key (Karnataka): Seat allotment for all categories (Govt Quota, All India Quota) is handled entirely through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) centralized counselling process.

• 15% All India Quota (AIQ): Seats are filled through the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling, open to students from all over India.

• 85% State Quota: Seats are reserved for students with Karnataka domicile and are filled through the KEA state counselling.
