• Modern Lecture Halls: There are seven lecture halls that can hold more than 150 students each. They are well-ventilated and have modern audio-visual aids and soundproofing.
• The Extensive Central Library is an air-conditioned building that has more than 20,000 reference books and gives you access to more than 17,000 full-text medical journals and digital resources.
• Clinical Skills & Simulation Lab: A special place where students can practice emergency life support and surgical skills on realistic manikins.
• Media & ICT Lab: A special lab with computer-based learning tools and fast internet to help with health informatics training.
• Modern Anatomy Dissection Hall is a big, specialized place for studying dead bodies. It has everything it needs for pre-clinical gross anatomy modules.
• Pre-clinical Laboratories: Diagnostic equipment is built into separate, high-tech labs for microbiology, pathology, and biochemistry.
• Auditoriums and multi-purpose halls are big rooms that are used for things like national medical conferences, guest lectures, and college fests every year.
• The sports complex and gym have both indoor and outdoor playgrounds for cricket, basketball, and volleyball, as well as a separate fitness center.
• Transport Fleet: The college has its own fleet of buses and emergency vehicles that take students and staff between campus and clinical sites.

The College of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital (CMS-TH) is an important part of healthcare in the area and gives students a lot of hands-on experience.

• 1,050 beds: This is one of the largest teaching hospitals in Nepal, with 100 beds set aside for critical care training.
• Super-Specialty Departments: These departments have advanced units for Cardiology (with a Cath Lab), Nephrology (with Dialysis), and Oncology.
• Advanced Diagnostics: has all the latest technology, such as MRI, CT Scan, and Digital X-ray machines.
• Surgical Suites: Several modern operating rooms made for difficult neurosurgical, orthopedic, and cardiovascular surgeries.
