The Faculty of Medicine at Vo Truong Toan University (VTTU) is the first private university in Vietnam authorized by the Ministry of Education and Training to provide medical training. Located in the Tan Phu Thanh commune of Hau Giang province (near Can Tho City), the university is recognized for its European-style architecture and its focus on becoming a "University City."
