Hazaribagh Medical College is a public State Government Medical College located in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. It was established in 2019 as one of the new medical colleges sanctioned by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, under a centrally sponsored scheme to enhance medical education and tertiary healthcare in the Hazaribagh region. The college was renamed in 2021 to Sheikh Bhikhari Medical College and Hospital.
The college is academically affiliated with Vinoba Bhave University (VBU), Hazaribagh, the state university for the region. All degrees (MBBS) are awarded by VBU.
