General Information
Established in 2012 by the Bodhisatva Charitable Trust, this institution widely known as MAYO IMS is a leading private medical college in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. It was recently renamed Dr. KNS Memorial Institute of Medical Sciences (KNSMIMS). The college is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and was the first private medical college in UP authorized to intake 250 MBBS students annually, reflecting its massive infrastructure and clinical capacity.

Admission Requirements:
Selection: Based on NEET-UG scores via the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), UP counseling.
Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (Minimum 50% for UR, 40% for Reserved).
Intake: 250 seats for the MBBS program.

Rules: The hostel has a disciplined environment with specific "outing" timings (usually limited to Sundays and Thursdays).
