The NGMC infrastructure is spread out over three important locations, making sure that each phase of medical training has its own space.

• Chisapani Basic Science Campus is a large, 70-hectare campus with lots of green space near the Bardia Wildlife Sanctuary. It gives first- and second-year students a peaceful, pollution-free place to study.

NGMC operates two major teaching hospitals that serve as the healthcare backbone for Western Nepal.

• Kohalpur Teaching Hospital (750 Beds): The primary site for clinical rotations, featuring advanced departments for Orthopedics, Surgery, and Pediatrics.
• Nepalgunj Teaching Hospital (250 Beds): A secondary site focused on super-specialty services like Neurosurgery, Urology, and Cardiology.
• Advanced Diagnostic Units: Equipped with 128-slice CT, MRI, and a fully automated central laboratory.
• Extensive Critical Care: Large ICU, CCU, and NICU wings to handle the high volume of referral cases from the mid-western and far-western regions of Nepal.

The fees at NGMC for the academic session follow the structured payment guidelines of the Medical Education Commission (MEC).
