Established in 2024–25, Pt. Neki Ram Sharma Government Medical College is a newly operational government institution in Bhiwani, Haryana. Named after the legendary freedom fighter Pt. Neki Ram Sharma, the college was established to address the growing demand for healthcare professionals and tertiary care in the south-western region of Haryana. It is affiliated with Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, and received its first National Medical Commission (NMC) approval for the 2025–26 academic session.
