• MBBS: Admission is strictly based on rank obtained in the NEET-UG examination. Counselling and seat allotment are conducted centrally by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), DGHS, Govt. of India under the 'AIIMS' category. (100% of seats are filled by MCC, there is no state quota).

• MD / MS / MDS / DM / MCh: Admission is strictly based on rank obtained in the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) or INI-SS (for Super Specialty), conducted by AIIMS Delhi. Counselling is managed centrally for all participating INIs.

• B.Sc (Hons) Nursing: Admission is based on the AIIMS B.Sc Nursing Entrance Examination conducted annually by AIIMS Delhi, followed by centralized counselling.
