Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) is the first and only public State Government Medical College in Arunachal Pradesh. The institute is named in honor of Tomo Riba, the second Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh. It is academically affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), Itanagar, which is the central university of the state. All degrees are awarded by RGU.
