Founded in 1993, Lazarski University is one of the oldest and most prestigious private universities in Poland. The Faculty of Medicine, established in 2017, was the first of its kind at a private institution in Warsaw. It is known for its elite approach, maintaining small student groups and a high degree of individualization in teaching. The program is designed to integrate clinical practice from the very first year, utilizing a "problem-based learning" (PBL) philosophy common in top Western medical schools.
