Clinical training is primarily conducted at the Complejo Asistencial Universitario de Salamanca (CAUSA), which serves as a major referral center for western Spain.

Admissions & Entry Requirements

Admission to Medicine at USAL is highly competitive, based strictly on academic merit.

1. Cut-off Score: The entry grade is among the highest in Spain, typically above 13.0 out of 14.0.

2. International Access (UNEDasiss): Non-Spanish diploma holders must process their credentials through the UNEDasiss portal.

3. PCE Exams: To achieve a competitive score, international students almost always need to take the Specific Competency Tests (PCE) in Biology and Chemistry.

4. Language Proficiency: Evidence of B2/C1 level Spanish is essential, as the curriculum and patient interaction are conducted entirely in Spanish.
